O Filho \u00e9 o Verbo revestido de carne, que existiu com o Pai desde o princ\u00edpio e nasceu milagrosamente no ventre de Maria (Jo\u00e3o 1:1; 1:18 e 1:14). Mas atrav\u00e9s da transgress\u00e3o e queda de Ad\u00e3o, o pecado entrou no mundo. \u201cPorque todos pecaram e destitu\u00eddos est\u00e3o da gl\u00f3ria de Deus.\u201d Assim est\u00e1 escrito: \u201cN\u00e3o h\u00e1 justo, nem um sequer.\u201d Jesus Cristo, o Filho de Deus, apareceu para desfazer as obras do diabo, deu a sua vida e derramou seu sangue para redimir o homem e traz\u00ea-lo de volta a Deus (Romanos 5:12 e 14, 3:10 e 23 e 1 Jo\u00e3o 3:8). A ordenan\u00e7a \u00e9 o s\u00edmbolo da identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do crist\u00e3o com Cristo em sua morte, sepultamento e ressurrei\u00e7\u00e3o (Mateus 28:19 e Atos 8:36-39).
